- Our Sport Dancing is continuously developing
A fundamental principle of a quality performance of the standard dances is the ability of the couple, when competing, to be completely unified and dance as one unit, and not as two individuals But consider that the modern dynamically choreography patterns in today's standard dancing requires at the right moment, and at the right level, more freedom for the Lady, 100 % unification with the man is than not preferred. Dynamics in the Standard Dances should not be restricted by the traditional Dancing as one unit approach Dancers discuss with your coaches the moments in your choreography of which you feel it is uncomfortable to be completely unified as one unit.
