I just returned from the Dutch Standard Championships and (again) noticed that many top couples were performing far below their usual level of Dancing I saw to much stress, and an overpowered will to win in the dancing of many couples. Competitors at important competitions protect your dancing skills, think more about joy, flow and an easy swing, return to the basic feelings and emotions of each dance.
