- Formation dancers dance two choreographs at the same time .....
Formation dancing is the most difficult and complex dancesport on earth. Formation coaches has to create top quality individual couples with a mature technique and outstanding physical capabilities. On top of that these individual couples should be able to adapt their movements in harmony with the other couples of the team, and at the same time focus on the patterns and alignments of the team choreography Try to dance 6 minutes continuously (on competition level) than you feel how fit formation dancers are.
